Content Management Systems

Using a content management system (CMS) to build a website means that you, the client, are able to edit and add new content yourselves without coming back to the developer to update the site. This gives you full control over the website.

The CMSs I use are all free (open source) and have an intuitive and straight forward editor display making it easy to update and add new content and images.

The CMSs I use are DrupalWordpress and Joomla. All these CMSs are very flexible and powerful and can be used to build almost any type of website. Using a CMS I am able to:

  • Develop and build simple or complex websites quickly - saving time and money over standard website design
  • Include member areas or e-commerce and the ability to edit and add content throughout the site.
  • Easily add new features such as forums, blogs, photo galleries and other features when required.
